DSS Community Grants Hub - video transcript

The Community Grants Hub is changing the way the Government delivers grants.

Community grants, from across government will be managed in a, streamlined process, through the Hub.

It’s part of the Government’s commitment to making services simpler, clearer and faster.

The Community Grants Hub is built on decades of expertise in designing and running grants at the Department of Social Services.

As Client Agencies, your seamless transition to the Hub will begin with a dedicated Account Manager.

They will be your single point of contact working with you in partnership to understand and exceed your policy objectives.

Clients can already self-manage grants on the Hub’s digital platform and will be offered a series of Services from the Hub, which supports the entire grant lifecycle.

Adding Premium Services means the Hub can provide program design including artefacts such as a Program Model and Program Guidelines, plus access to services such as the Data Exchange – a comprehensive Digital Platform for grant recipients to submit reporting information.

The Premium Plus Services includes further expert advice to run the grant rounds and assess applicants.

The Hub can work with you to design a grant, write documentation, select applicants and establish funding agreements with the service provider.

With our strong track record in grant administration, our large service delivery network will manage your grant while you focus on your policy.

So the Hub is rolling out new technology, streamlining its processes, and adding online portals for smoother control by client agencies and grant recipients.

And we’ll keep enhancing the way organisations find, apply and manage grant opportunities creating real improvements for individuals, families, and the community.
