Emergency Relief – Workforce Development and Capacity Building
The Australian Government is inviting applications/organisations via a restricted process to apply to deliver services under the Families and Communities Program – Financial Wellbeing and Capability – ER Workforce Development Capacity Building in Australia for 2016-17 to 2017-18. Funding will be offered to one organisation as a result of this process. However, the successful organisation may work with other providers as appropriate to develop and deliver the Package.
The ER- Workforce Development and Capacity Building Grant will fund the development and delivery of a co‑ordinated and national training package to ER service providers currently funded under the FWC. This will better support ER services and workers to adapt to the increasing complexity of clients, strengthen integration with other services and build their capacity to support clients’ resilience, self‑reliance and financial independence.
